Dr. Randall is a higher education leader and consultant with 25+ years of experience in higher education policy. Holding a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Dr. Randall has dedicated her career to advancing postsecondary educational opportunities for all. Through M.E.R. Consulting, LLC, she works with independent educational consultants who want to serve their clients more completely, beyond admissions, beyond the degree, across the full continuum of degrees and credentials, all the way to employment outcomes. Dr. Randall serves as the Deputy Executive Director at the Maryland Association of Community Colleges, where she provides leadership in research, policy, data visualizations, and workforce development while managing the association's daily operations. Her pivotal role on the Board of Directors for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America includes providing financial oversight and strategic guidance in support of the organization's work to improve the quality of life for people with asthma and allergic diseases. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Ohio University, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
